Good Morning SENIORS, I welcome you in the name of our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ.
Seniors amongst us are hurting and lonely. The purpose of The Senior Voice group is to provide a need. The Lord has put it on my heart to create the group. It’s base on His scripture Isaias46:4.
Even to your old age and gray hairs
I am He who will sustain you.
I have made you and I will carry you;
I will sustain you and
I will rescue you.
Isaiah 46:4
This scripture is such an inspiration to me. It gives me true stability and trust in His loving care.
PURPOSE OF THE SENIORS VOICE
The purpose of the Seniors Voice is to give hope to those who need hope; inspiration for those requiring it; family for those who have a family need. If you have a Business you want to share you can use the Online Affiliate Marketing website 4t87.com.
DIFFERENT DEGREES OF FUNCTIONALITY
Seniors are functioning in different degrees. In the 7 Mountain, The Seniors Group would come under Family. There are some who are functional and some who are not. We are here to offer encouragement and assistance to all. The age limit of the group is 55 years and older except for caregivers who can be the age needed to take care of their seniors.
SENIORS NEED HELP IN NURSING HOMES
Seniors, in Nursing Homes, are suffering. COVID 19, is causing them to be quarantined from their loved ones. The Facebook site is to give some entertainment and communication with the outside world. Recreation coaches and their assistance in the Nursing Homes can help with this. Having them participate will be very beneficial.
I’m believing we will become family no matter what level of care is needed. In Jesus’ name, Amen!!!
An ONLINE HOME PAGE FOR SENIORS
I hope that if a Senior has a poem they will share their poem. Share favorite recipes, hobbies, thoughts of inspiration, businesses. I hope that this will be a place for “Seniors” online.
A place they can share stories or jokes or special events. Just be a place where they are a part of the community. I don’t recommend sharing personal pictures of family members online. For those who need assistance with their caregivers to participate, welcome.
WE MUST SPEAK OUT-YOU HAVE NOT GONE TO GLORY YET!
One more thing. I hope we will get involved in voting. We have such a large community and Agencies like AARP, AMAC, and other agencies that represent us. We need to do this to make a difference in our Housing and Taxes and other cares that need to fit our income needs. These things operate from government policies. We need to speak out!!!
KEEP INFORMED
I will be gathering information on these issues and posting them. The Senior agencies AARP and AMAC post articles on this type of issue. Please keep informed and do your part. Our voices can make a difference for a change!!!
