This is an example of a Sabbath Celebration as revealed to me by Holy Spirit. It is beautiful because it covers the Old Testament, the New Testament and the Book of Revelations.
Pastor Larry Huch is the New Testament spiritual expert on this but this is what the has revealed to me . It pretty well aleigns to how he celebrates but his has may be a little more elaborate because he speaks parts in Hebrew.
BOAZ BLESSING
We start out with the Tzedakah offering. That is the offering for the poor and needy. Holy Spirit said it was considerate the Boaz offering which would bring forth the blessing for giving to the poor. He explained when we give to the poor, the widow and the needy, the Lord has great reward for us.
SCRIPTURE
The Lord repay your work and a full reward be given you by the Lord God of Israel, under whose wings you have come for refuge. Ruth 2:12
He who has pity on the poor lends to the Lord, and He will pay back what he has given. Proverbs 19:17
But this I say: He who sows sparingly will also reap sparingly and he who sows bountifully will also reap bountifully. So let each one give as he purposes in his heart, not grudgingly or of necessity; for God loves a cheerful giver. And god is able to make all grace abound toward you, tht you always having all sufficiency in all things, may have abundance for every good work. As it is written; He has dispersed abroad, He has given to the poor; His righteousness endures forever.” Now may He who supplies seed to the sower, and bread for foods; supply and multiply the seed you have sown and increase the fruits of your righteousness. 2 Corinthians 9:6-10.
God wants you to know that when you have made a sacrifice to help someone else, He gets the memo. He gets the whole story with every detail reported to Him. He knows what you left behind to serve Him and others. he knows the pain and the loneliness you endured so that someone else wouldn’t have to. He knows all about the opportunities you have passed up because you put someone else before yourself. Believe and rejoice, for there is a great reward coming to you.
INTRODUCTION TO THE SHABBAT MEAL
Please have someone read:
Genesis 1:31;2:1-3; Then “God saw everything He had made, and indeed it was very good. so the evening and the morning were the sixth day. Thus the heavens and the earth, and all the host of thedm, were finished. And on the seventh day god ended His work which He had done, and He rested on the seventh day from all His work which He had done. The God blessed the seventh day and sanctified it, because in it He rested from all His work which God had created and made.
Hebrews4:1-9
v10-v11; For he who has entered His rest has himself also ceased from his works as God did from His, Let us, therefore, be diligent to enter that rest, lest anyone fall according to the same example of disobedience.
LIGHTING OF THE THORNE ROOM CANDLES
Psalm 138:1-4
I will praise You with my whole heart; Before the gods, I will sing praises to You. I will worship toward Your holy temple, and praise Your name. For Your lovingkindness and Your truth; For You have magnified Your word above all Your name.
