Being a senior one of my favorite scripture is Isaiah 46:4 which reads as follows- Even to your old age and gray hairs, I Am He who will sustain you. I have made you and I will carry you; I will sustain you and I will rescue you.

Spinach gives us folate, iron, Vitamins A and C. A deficiency in these nutrients may promote hair loss. It helps the skin glands and produces sebum which is an oily substance that helps moisturize the scalp which helps keep it healthy and moist.
