My Life has taken a new point of view on health and fitness. I have learned so much during my senior years of development. Things I wish I had known during my adult years. It makes such a difference in how your body will perform as you grow older. Fortunately, I was very athletic as a youth and even in my adult years. Bowling was one of my favorite sports and I also played adult softball. Because of that, I didn’t have a lot of health issues but also I didn’t eat as healthy as I should have.
