Animals as pets can bring a wonderful change to an individual’s life. The Pet can have an influence on one’s personal need in so many ways, in so many countries, in so many age groups and so many kinds of animals. The animal kingdom is fascinating. Different kinds of species colors and sizes.
It is interesting to note that the Animal Kingdom was created before Man. Yes, that’s right, check it out.
Animals were created to be one with the Human Race. We were to have dominion over them. The fish of the sea, birds of the air, and all living things that move on the earth. (Genesis 1:28)
Genesis 1:24- Then God said, “Let the earth bring forth the living creature according to its kind: cattle and creeping things and beast of the earth, each according to its kind”; and so it was so.
Genesis 1:26 Than God said, ” Let Us make man in Our image, according to Our likeness; let them have dominion over the fish of the sea, over, over the birds of the air, and over the cattle, over all the earth and over every creeping thing that creeps on the earth.”
My Observation
I have noticed that those who truly love their animals as pets care for them as if they were human. They have medical needs, relationship needs, resting needs, playful needs nurturing needs. Pretty much as a human.
What the Pet gives back is love and attention, fellowship and so much more. Research has said that a Pet can offer companionship to an individual who is lonely. Bring comfort to Seniors in Nursing Homes and use in special care units for Vets, children, adults in Hospitals. They can be a source of encouragement to keep going.
Pet Care
With all that being said pets have needs just like humans. They need food for their breed, water, snacks, shelter, and lots of love. What is so important these days is the care for your pets if it gets sick or needs special food as it ages. It may need supplements. They even have Pets Health insurance and Life insurance for certain types of pets. I have a fish, I don’t think they have one for her. They do have medications for fish and even a surgeon that does operations on fish eyes if need be. He lives in Japan though. One day I’m going to tell you about my fish. so very interesting.
